My Name is Matt Ketchum – I have been serving the greater St. Louis – St. Charles areas for pest & termite & wildlife needs for over 20 years. I started Out of high school working for a company that gave me great training. I started to love to look at how homes are built, this knowledge always helped me to understand those spots that bugs or wildlife could hide.  I develop a passion for this industry when I started to see the smiles on client’s faces when a job was complete. I have always took pride in my relationship with my customers.

That does not come easily. I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to pest control, like handling the problem on your own or choosing a pest control company to take care of your issues. It became my drive in running a successful business. I was going to do the best of my ability on every job and not worry about volume but rather customer satisfaction. I knew if I could do that, my business would grow and flourish through customer referrals and retention.
